Terms of Service
Last updated: May 29, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and QuotePilot (“QuotePilot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing the demo, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using QuotePilot on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of the service
QuotePilot is an AI-assisted quote-drafting tool for contractors and tradespeople. It helps you turn job details and customer leads into draft quotes and follow-up messages. The service is offered in two ways: a free demo with sample data, and paid subscription tiers that unlock saving your own quotes, leads, and customer records. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts
To use the paid service you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. The founder tier is offered at $19 per month and the standard tier at $49 per month. Founder pricing, where available, is locked for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change our prices for future billing periods, and will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use QuotePilot to:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- send spam, deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading quotes or messages;
- upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to access, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service or its infrastructure; or
- resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including rules about quoting, contracts, licensing, and contacting customers.
6. Your content and data
You own the content you put into QuotePilot, including your quotes, leads, and customer information (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content only as needed to operate and improve the service and to provide it back to you. You are responsible for having the right to use any customer information you enter, and for handling it lawfully.
7. AI-generated drafts — disclaimer
QuotePilot uses automated and AI systems to generate draft quotes and messages. These drafts are suggestions only. They may contain errors, incorrect pricing, or inaccurate details. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving every draft before you send it to a customer or rely on it. QuotePilot is not responsible for the accuracy of any draft or for any quote you choose to send.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotePilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends. We may delete Your Content after a reasonable period; please export anything you want to keep before closing your account.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
